You may return or exchange an item within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since you made your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

We only accept one return/exchange per original order.

You must have proof of purchase to return or exchange any item(s) This can be a printed receipt or the packing slip.

In order for us to return/exchange your item(s): 


  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • In the same condition that it was when you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with tags attached.

If your return does not meet ANY of the above criteria, it WILL NOT be accepted.

    We do not accept returns or exchanges of the following products:

    • Personal care items
    • Hazardous materials
    • Flammable liquids or gases
    • Perishable items
    • Items purchased on Clearance
    • Items that are Discontinued
    • Limited Edition items
    • Gift cards
    • Stickers, decals, and posters
    • Wax Melts, and Samples

    If you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support at  Please do not send your item(s) back to us without contacting us first. In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return/exchange, and reasons for the return/exchange. After we receive your email, we will then email you an RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authorization number) that you will need to include in the package for the return. (Please see additional instructions below, in the RETURN SHIPPING section of this document)

    Please note that we will not process any returns/exchanges through social media sites.


    If your item(s) has damage due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately by email at  and include a clear photo and detailed description of the defect, so we can verify the issue and get a replacement out to you as soon as possible. We will email you an RMA number that you will need to include in the package for your return.


    If you are returning an item that you received as a gift or was purchased with a gift card, your return will only be processed as an in-store credit. The in-store credit will be issued to you for the original purchase price of the item.


    Once your return is received and inspected:

    • You will receive an email to notify you that we have received your return.
    • This email will also include the acceptance or denial of your return based on the aforementioned criteria.
    • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.
    • A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
    • Any costs related to the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


    If you have not yet received your refund and it's been 5-7 business days since your return was received at our facility:

    • First check your bank account again just to make sure.
    • Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Contact your bank. Again, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please don't hesitate to contact us at and we'll be more than happy to help you get it figured out.


    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded but we will issue an in-store credit for the sale price of your item(s)


    If item(s) are defective or damaged:

    • Please follow the process defined above.
    • After our verification, we will email you with an RMA number and include a return shipping label so you can send the item(s) back to us. 

    If you simply ordered the wrong size and need to exchange it for the correct size, please email us at and let us know. We will gladly get the right size out to you, however shipping charges will not be covered.


    To return your item(s), please verify the following:

    • Item has not been washed, worn, or used
    • Item is in the original packaging (if applicable)
    • Item has tags still attached
    • Proof of Purchase is included in the package
    • RMA number is included in the package

    Please note:

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any costs related to the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • Depending on where you live, the amount of time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
    • If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking information or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
